Wanda is an artist, healing faciliator, and community builder.

Wanda lives and creates in her hometown, Miami, FL. Her Cuban-American background plays a big part in her identity and her life experiences.

As a 500hr-certified yoga teacher, Wanda aims to embody the roots of this ancient practice and share it with others to heal and grow. Wanda's classes are delivered with a heart-centered, holistic approach with the intention of inner transformation.

After a decade of practice, Wanda completed her 200hr certified yoga teacher in 2021 at Ahana Yoga. Since then, she has earned her 300hr certification from Susanna Barkataki's, Embody Yoga's Roots training. Wanda is also certified in Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Herbalism.

Wanda's heart-centered approach to yoga is rooted in embodiment, encouraging her students to connect with their bodies on a transcendent level. She believes that by fostering this mind-body connection, individuals can tap into their inner wisdom, release stagnant energies, and experience profound shifts in their lives.

Ceremony plays a vital role in Wanda's offerings, as she understands the power of rituals in unlocking the heart of our true self. By incorporating elements of sacredness and intention into her classes & workshops, she creates a space for her students to dive deeper into their own healing journeys.

Wanda's unwavering commitment to inclusivity allows individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities to feel welcome and supported within the TODO Yoga community. She believes that yoga is for everyone and aims to make the practice accessible for various abilities and backgrounds.
